Tsuchiya (土屋, Tsuchiya) or Saturn is a character in Heaven's Design Team. Tsuchiya is a designer and the head of the Design Department. His masterpiece is the horse.
Appearance[]
Tsuchiya is one of the oldest characters in the series. He has white hair and glasses and looks a bit frail. Tsuchiya wears a traditional Japanese yukata that has blue and yellow colors and bold patterns. He completes his radiational look with rounded sandals.
Personality[]
Tsuchiya has a funny but still somewhat annoying obsession with horses. He shows off a different variation of his masterpiece during each project, which often stalls the project's progress. However, his teammates are used to this and try to encourage him to come with another design. He is also shown to be very caring and proud of his grandson.
